Came in to drop off some parts to Up Garage. Once I got in, we got greeted right away. Amazing service, Cleaned and organized environment, it’s so crazy to me how a lot of people who are looking for any certain parts for their car. They should come to up garage to see and find out if they have their parts that they need for their car. I believe it’s such a good store and convenient for you and your car parts.

Prices are my only issue but great place if you need something right away or want to browse. Love it and needs to be around but with the Internet, its hard for them to charge their prices so IDK

Okayish customer service however the experience was sour. The wait was over an hour despite them saying 30 minutes. Had good quality parts well worth over $200 but after waiting for analysis I was given an offer for $20. Personally, I think it's disrespectful to be given such a low starting offer; In full honesty it felt like they were trying to scam me. If you're trying to sell parts for their worth I wouldn't suggest going here.
