I had a flat tire so I called Tesla who had this towing company come help me. I cannot say enough good things about Alonzo, the tow truck driver. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me—not just doing his job and leaving. He went above and beyond to see what options I had and even helped me figure out the most cost-effective solution so I could save money. He could have easily done the bare minimum but instead he took the time to help me! It’s rare to meet someone with that level of honesty and compassion, especially in a stressful situation. He made my frustrating experience so much easier and I am so grateful. He is an incredible asset to this company and absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provides. Thank you again for having such an amazing person on your team. He made a lasting impression and this company is now saved on my phone so I will always recommend your company because of him.

My front tire went flat and I have OnStar. They sent out Armstrong via AAA and they arrived within about 15-20 minutes. I was originally quoted about an hour so it was really nice they were able to come earlier. I received text updates as well as a phone call from the technician letting me know his ETA. He was able to change to my spare tire and add air to the tire right there. It was fast and easy. My car is under warranty so I didn’t have to pay anything. Thank you!
