They don’t keep and work the business hours that they have posted. This has happened to me several times now. I load up all my cans and drive across town and I get there with more than 5 minutes before closing time, and the gate is already closed. The workers can see me standing there and asking them why they closed already and they just ignore me. It’s a shame that they do this to us. Hopefully, they will need to go somewhere only to arrive with time yet and they can’t get their stuff done! Karma will get you!

This place is not family friendly and are completely rude. I tried taking in my recyling but I am a new mom with a 4 month old. They refused to allow me to be near my vehicle with my child in the car. Stated I either had to go to where they said or to leave. I attempted explaining that I have a baby in the car and I do not feel comfortable going too far from him, so they had another employee come over and take the baskets. They still had some of my recyling IN THEM already. They didnt even allow me to retreave my property and wouldn't pay me for it. I am soo disappointed and at a loss of words. I do not recommend going to this facility if you are family orianted.

Very polite and courteous staff as being clean and well organized business they are running!! I won’t go anywhere else to take my recyclables!! . Great job
