I am a K&D Towing fan! My car broke down in Visalia. AAA towing companies in Visalia told me it would take 4 to 5 hours to tow my car to Hanford. I called AAA back and they tried their hardest to find a local Visalia tow company for me but no one was available. Friday night… no help for me. I called K&D Towing the phone was answered by a very nice woman … I wish I had caught her name because I’d like to give her recognition for great customer service. I felt hopeful when she told me they could have someone to me quickly and sure enough Ed came to save me in about 30 mins. Ed was super friendly and helpful, no BS. Got my car loaded up and on my way in mins. Amazing! My car is not running but I’m just happy to not be stuck on the side of the road until 9:00pm. I’ll use K&D for every tow!

I had a flat tire and I contacted AAA. They sent Terry from K&D Towing. Terry was amazing. He made sure I and my baby sat comfortably in his car, away from the heat, while he changed my tire. He changed my tire quickly and i was on my way in no time. I will give Terry a 7 star because he deserves it. Thank you Terry ?
