These prices are unreasonable, $410 for one day. The "24 hours" sign is a blatant lie for them... In a parking lot that's right outside MY APARTMENT, I don't understand how companies like this can continue operating. The man taking the payment even got the day wrong; he wanted to charge me for more days, and then he said, "I made a mistake." They, as a company, should also be penalized for these exorbitant prices. I don't understand how so many people complain and they just keep going...

Unreasonable pricing.. takes advantage as people have no option but to pay up to get the car. Charged $550 including $130 storage charge for half an hour and $150 to open their storage gate to retrieve the car. Even speeding tickets doesn’t cause this much. Predatory business practices. One the their worker asked us to catch them on highway in order to avoid storage fees… this is ridiculous and they know it. Never ever do any business with them. Need to put an end to their predatory business practices. Don’t understand how this company is still in business. Inhumane to take advantage of desperate people to just get their cars.

Absolutely criminal charges. $550 for retrieving a towed vehicle within a few hours and giving garbage line items like “gate fee” and “storage fee” when they could barely retrieve the car information because it wasn’t even in their system.
