Watch them on TikTok Full video. THERE FAMOUS!!! I recorded everything they’re a whole SCAM. They cracked my windshield and “Alexander” supposedly the manager (cara de nopal) looked more like a security guard didn’t want to show any evidence. The first guys actually showed us a picture and there was no crack. Alexander kept contradicting himself and brought in some so called “window guy” who did not appear to be licensed and didn't provide any verification even though he claimed to have 12 years of experience. He tried to tell me it was a “stress crack,” but no, it’s a "long crack" very dangerous and I don’t understand why my car was brought out with a forklift especially coming from a police towing company. This is not a legal or safe method for handling a vehicle and it clearly caused damage. I filmed everything from start to finish and every single one of them kept changing their story. We got towed at the Ralphs parking lot in Hawthorne and when we called and talked to the Ralphs supervisor they confirmed the towing company isn’t even connected to them. They’re out there looking to scam people. Be careful. Get a real Job!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, CORRUPTED The tow was illegal and they are responsible for the damage. Under California Vehicle Code §22658(i)(1), the towing company must pay for any damage caused during the tow, including the crack in your windshield. Because they towed your car after only 24 minutes, the tow violates the one-hour rule, and under §22658(j)(1) you can recover double the towing and storage fees. The tow is also illegal if required signs were not posted at every entrance as required by §22658(a)(1). They were also required to show you the photo taken at the time of removal, and refusing to do so violates §22658(g)(1)(B). Finally, Ralphs must authorize the tow; if they didn’t, then under §22658(l)(1) the tow company had no legal right to remove your car. Because of these violations, you are entitled to your money back, double damages, and full payment for the windshield they broke. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!!!!

This is the worst towing service in history, they illegally towed my car during the day against signage. The Ralph’s parking lot sign states no parking over night but not in the day . It also says if your a customer you have two hours in which to park there. I frequent the Ralph’s often and only went into my hours for a short amount of time to get my belongings then shop before work when I returned my car was gone ! Wrong time of day they don’t care I’m an actual customer they don’t care $344 to pay I’m reporting them to the authorities. These individuals should be ashamed they are thieves and act like parasites . I’ll pray for them to repent of their evil ways !

I would give it no stars if I could. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, particularly the lady who insisted we pay $250 to retrieve our belongings from the car. It was frustrating to deal with, especially after my husband's car accident. I wish the staff could show more compassion and understanding in difficult situations. New Update 10/28/25: They were charging us to keep our crashed car there so we had to take it out. Obviously could not afford that, but to take it out They charged us $1000 and added a fee to pay with debit card. Everyone is super rude & they dont have anywhere where it says that they charge if ypu use debit/credit. I HOPE NO ONE GETS SERVICE FROM THESE PEOPLE. AND I HOPE THEYRE NOT ALL LIKE THAT. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
