May of 2025 my trucks entertainment center stopped working,(Blacked out screen) took it to Dow Lewis. Said it needed a module. I have a 3rd party warranty that the service department said they will get an approval, 1 week later nothing, I call they said they are waiting for the approval, I then get ahold of the warranty company and they say no inquiries on the VIN of that vehicle, I then call Dow Lewis back same day and ohhh it’s “magically” approved. Said part will take 3-5 days. 10 days later I call NO PART. 1 month later I call NO PART. Come September walk in Confront service about issue they look and say it’s been on back order. But it was shipped out 8/29/25 and should be here in 3-5 days. It’s now October over 4 months with a blacked out entertainment center on a $80k truck, and NO PART, NO CALL. Seems like Dow Lewis gets rid of the good employees in the service department Ryan being one of the people, and keep the people that don’t care about their customers, and I have family come to this dealership that have the same issue with the service department not doing their job and looking into warranty claims, service follow ups. do better be better. I rate 2 stars due to the great experience I’ve had with the parts department and a buy back process. But service department is an absolute 0

The service tire safety light came on and I was able to get an appointment within two days. The car was serviced and Justin saved me money by using the extended warranty. I am happy with the service I receive at Dow Lewis.
