My car has required towing TWICE in the last week (don't ask...) and AAA has dispatched Loyal both times. These guys are awesome- professional, kind, efficient, and clean. I'd give more stars if I could.

My sister’s car broke down while visiting me. AAA contacted Loyal Towing and Angelo came and towed my sister’s car 134 miles to her home town and auto service center. She got a ride in the cab and Angelo was very professional and despite her hearing disability was extremely patient and polite. He called me when he got to the service center to tell me she was in her city and was being taken care of. Thank you Angelo!!!

Called AAA for some help with putting a donut on. Haven’t changed a tire in like 15 years and wanted to make sure we made it back to Fairfield from Davis. Loyal Towing called us in less than 5 minutes and let me know who they were sending and when they would be there. Then Alex, the tow truck driver, called shortly after to let us know he would be there even quicker. He showed up right on time, was extremely professional and had us back on the road feeling confident that we would make it home on the donut which I have never driven with and was a little anxious about.
