I try to warranty return something 2 day ago and a dude say there no manger right now he can’t return it and it about 9pm. I was just figure if there no manager then who do drop deposit set alarm and lock door

I can start by saying that I like to buy all my auto parts from here do to quality. But tonight was just horrible I asked for a cooling censor and some brake pads that I had life time warranty on then. The girl that helped me didn't even know how to work the computer. And gave me the wrong censor. And told me I didn't have any brakes on my warranty history. After she looked in the computer for a while with no one to help her. She sent me home with no brakes and the wrong cooling censor. The worst experience tonight.
