I bought a CB550K carb rebuild kit. One float needle turned out to be defective, the spring plunger was overly stiff and the float wouldn’t seat. I verified it by swapping the needle across carbs 1-4, the problem followed the needle, not the carb. Support initially referenced the 30 day policy and pointed me to purchase more needles, which was frustrating for what seemed like a manufacturing defect. After I placed another order to keep the project moving, 4into1 followed up and issued a one time $6.95 store credit for the needle. I appreciate that courtesy and the responsive follow up, thank you. I would have liked a bit more flexibility up front when it’s clearly a defective part, but I’m glad they ultimately helped make it right. I’ll likely order from them again, but I’ll be mindful of the 30 day window and plan installs so I can test parts promptly. Not ideal, but I'll respect the policy.

I’ve been very happy with everything I’ve purchased. They are quick to respond to questions and so far everything has been working out great. I’ve yet to have any parts that didn’t fit or were not quality. Very happy!

Changing my initial review although not happy with shipment not being here yet. I realize its not the company's fault. They did reach out however, hopefully the package shows sooner than later
