Towed here by code enforcement, refused access the first week, provided NO PAPERWORK AS CHRIS REFUSES TO DO SO. JUNKED MY VEHICLE AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS INCLUDING ASHES BEFORE TOW HEARING TOOK PLACE. REFUSES TO GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO REACH OWNER OR WHERE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS I PLAN ON A BIG LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM. BAD BUSINESS PERIOD AND ILLEGALLY DESTROYING PROPERTY THAT OS IRREPLACEABLE.

Not my tow, but a driver was blocking my only exit, complained that I had other routes. When he barely moved out of the way his side door was still sticking out. When I asked him to move it, he told me to do it myself, and when I got out and slammed the door (I was frustrated) he grabbed a big pipe and moved towards my car like he was gonna start hitting me. He backed off but it was terrifying, I wouldn't choose this company if you want to feel comfortable during your service, if this man is who they choose to represent themselves.

Hector was a life saver, showed up within 20 min and was very helpful and kind, we are from out of town and he helped us find a repair shop, after finding out that our car needed more repair than was able to be done at that particular shop we needed to bring it to our home town, once again I called Hector and he once again was my hero he picked up the vehicle and brought it to our home town. I have to say he went above and beyond ! I think he’s the best!! Thank you Again!! 1 stop towing.
