Dominic and the whole crew at this Discount Tire location are the best! We were stranded with our rv and flat bed trailer which lost an entire wheel halfway between San Diego and Seeley. Dominic kindly took my 7 phone calls back and forth and helped me find the right rim and tire and helped with recommendations of local shops that might able to help with the studs, while we limped another hour into El Centro. Although they were not able to help with the lug studs for the wheel they retorqued all of our wheels lug nuts, mounted 2 new tires on 2 new rims and got us out of there in less than 20 minutes total, so that we could get to the other place to mount the studs before they closed for the weekend. Highly recommend these guys just based on fantastic customer service alone!

I took a trailer tire, and wheel, into the store and was promptly waited on. It wasn't crazy busy, but steady. Not having an appointment didn't seem to matter. I was told it would be an hour, and the communication via text allowed me to go run errands while I waited. EXCELLENT customer service as always!
