My car got a flat tire early in the morning and left me super stressed on the shoulder of the 76. We called triple AAA who sent out Gordon. He arrived quicker than what were told and called to give us a heads up. He was so cheerful, professional and gave great advice for me and my Dad!! Luckily we were close to discount tires and everything worked out seamlessly. Gordon truly made us feel safe and comfortable the whole process. Thank you to him for coming to the rescue!!!

We were having problems with our battery on our Tesla Model 3 and needed road side service. Our driver Wally came 30 minutes before the promised time and got us off the road and into the service center all within a reasonable time frame. He was extremely professional and handled our questions and worry with care. He gave us a ride back to Tesla and even had air conditioning! It’s the smallest things that make a customer service experience feel great as we were already having a day from hell due to our car battery. If you want reliable and courteous service, call them! Dispatch even called before Wally got there and gave us his ETA but also delivered exceptional service over the phone which is especially rare. Thank you Team for making sure me & my husband were safe.

This was an absolute nightmare. I requested a tow through AAA, which I pay for specifically so I can get help in situations exactly like this. AAA contacted this company to tow my vehicle, and they simply refused the request with no explanation at all. When I tried to call them myself to understand what was going on, they were incredibly rude and just hung up on me. No explanation, no help, nothing. I was left stranded and stressed out while dealing with a company that clearly had no interest in doing their job or treating customers with basic respect. The whole point of being part of AAA’s towing network is to help members when they’re stuck. Instead, they refused service and treated me terribly when I tried to ask why. Being stranded with car trouble is already stressful, and their behavior made the situation so much worse. Completely unprofessional and unbelievably frustrating experience.
