The staff is always friendly, helpful, they go above and beyond, take a look outside at your car, recommend & help find necessary parts, and they actually are allowed to interact and be a helpful human! What a concept! Great customer service. Jason was especially helpful and capable, very much appreciated! Service dogs allowed. Good prices. Smiles. Easy access & roomy free parking area. Shop local!

I would recommend visiting another location. Despite the convenience, this store has consistently been disappointing due to rudeness and a lack of respect toward customers. There also appears to be a lack of professionalism from management, which contributes to an uncomfortable environment overall. Even being close to home isn’t enough to justify returning. Improvement in management practices and customer service standards would make a significant difference. Management/Owner: please avoid a generic response. Meaningful change would speak louder than a standard reply.
