Almost every time I’ve been there, I’ve had to wait in line for more than 10 minutes. The two guys that work there are so slow. One guy just talks & talks to, IDK, his friends, maybe? The times I have been to this place, they’ve given me the wrong parts or they’ve said that they don’t have the part I need. It shows on their website that this store DOES have the part, but they still say they don’t have it. Maybe they felt bcz it was 15 mins to closing they didn’t wanna go look for it. I called the next & they confirmed they had the part. (Must’ve been someone other than the guy from the night before). I asked the Oreillys on Sanderson if they could possibly have it delivered to their location. She agreed & called me when she had it. I didn’t want to deal with these guys anymore.

Big thank you Sammy. I had a transmission issue and need the sensor and a pig tail connector that I other oreillys stores said they didn't have. Called up this store and he found the part and helped me connect it right. 5 stars. I recommend this store the people.

Ok so i just had the best phone call experience with one of the Assistant store managers at the palm and florida store Sammy, this guy did not hesitate to answer all of my questions or concerns and went the extra mile to even add his expertise with past experiences he definitely showed that he knew his stuff thank you Sir i will definitely be willing to come to ypur store and deal with you and your staff..
