I should have gone with a different company. Tony's offered me the highest offer so I chose them. I was given a pickup time of 10am-noon. When noon came and went without hearing anything, I reached out and was told that they would be here in 45min. So I waited and waited and waited. After telling me multiple time that they were on the way, someone FINALLY arrived at almost 6pm. She looks around the vehicle and then tells me that my catalytic converter is aftermarket and they cant pay me what they initially offered. I am pretty certain that it was the original catalytic converter, but since they were so late to show up, my mechanic friend was unable to be there with me as planned and at that point, I was frustrated and just wanted the vehicle gone. They reduced their offer to 64% of what was originally offered which made them the lowest offer I received instead of the highest. They said they couldn't offer any more because the value of scrap metal was decreasing the next day. I shouldn't have sold them my vehicle, but again, I had wasted a full day waiting and needed my vehicle gone. I feel taken advantage of and its a gross feeling. I will never do business with Tony's Auto Removal again. While I cant prove that the catalytic converter wasn't aftermarket because I no longer have the vehicle, Im 95% sure it was original and this company scammed me.

I had a good experience! They bumped up their arrival time from 4pm to 3pm but I got almost an hours notice so it wasn’t a problem for me. I was quoted higher than I actually received but she was willing to match the other offer I got online. I had an after market CAT so I understand the difference in price. She was friendly and professional with me. Handled all the paperwork which is always my LEAST favorite part. Overall, quick & painless experience.

Don’t bother calling them. They won’t show up when they say they will then they will lie about the condition of your car so they can offer less. Ashley in an suv (not a tow truck) showed up to my house and said the cat converter wasn’t original then offered 2/3rds of what they said they would pay. This was the day after they said they would come in the first place. I have replaced a cat on this car and this obviously was not true. They are liars and scammers. Waste of time and shouldn’t be in business.
