Unfortunately, someone in a lifted truck hit my car with only 10k miles on it. Having gone through insurance before, I wanted a stress free experience and I wanted it to be repaired properly, even if it took time. I let Hillel know this before dropping the car, and he walked me through the insurance process, and promised he’d try to save my car if that is what I wanted. Hillel and his team did just that. It took time, but during that time the team at C & C stayed busy fixing the car and sourcing parts. Sometimes I’d call to check in without any notice, and the couple of times they didn’t pick up, they called back within an hour or two. They sourced high quality parts, repaired and replaced every single affected part, and delivered an absolutely perfect job. The panel gapping is perfect, the convertible functions properly, the carpeting is exactly how it was before, the paint is a single shade and the same color. Somehow the car looks better than it did before. 10/10 experience. If you want a car fixed properly and you want a stress free experience, leave your car in the hands of Hillel. He even had the rental car company pick up my rental when I came to pick up my car. Just a phenomenal customer service experience.
