Frotan, was very pleasant to work with. He provided above and beyond excellent customer service. He arrived little earlier than the estimated time. And you that when you're waiting to be towed every minute counts. When Frotan arrived I told him that my car wouldn't start. He immediately pulled out his portable battery charger and started my car. He diagnosed the problem in less than 5mins. In addition, instead of towing me to the dealership, he took me to O'Reilly where I was able to purchase a new battery. Frotan saved me hundreds of dollars and time and got me back on the road the same day. It was Saturday and I would've had to wait until Monday before someone could've even taken a look at. I am so happy with his service, Puntual Towing has a life long customer and I will refer others to them. Thank you so very much Frotan!!!

This is an incredible company. I had the pleasure of being towed by Frotan when my car was stalled on the Nimitz Freeway overpass at 7 pm. He made it to me within 20 minutes despite the difficulty of accessing my location and the tow went off without a hitch. He towed me all the way to Sonoma County so we talked quite a bit.
