We were looking for a specific item, walking up each isle thinking it should be around by this stuff right here, but it wasn't. The guy at the check out asked what we're looking for, "Battery post terminals to connect the cable to. " I said as I looked at him raises his left arm to shoulder height, pointing at the same time. "Right there!" It didn't take any longer than a split second to let us know where they were which I, myself think is pretty impressive knowing where such a small item was in such a very short time, without any hesitation at all. Very good knowledgeable staff as always.

During a Christmas day snow storm the owner opened the store to sell snow chains to stranded Big Bear Lake visitors. This store is highly recommended.
