Was very grateful they were able to get me in right away, with no advanced notice. Tristan was great to work with and quickly diagnosed the issue as a worn out wheel bearing. He didn't have the press on-hand to resolve the issue, but he graciously gave me a break on the cost for the diagnostic since it was so easy to identify the issue and he pointed me towards another shop that could likely get me back on the road as soon as possible (he recommended Dave's Automotive Repair whom was indeed able to get me in the next day and is doing the work as I write this review)

We were driving up from San Diego when a piece under our car came loose. We called the shop and Tristan told us to stop by, and he helped us right away. He fixed it in just a few minutes. He was very kind, honest, and helpful. We are so grateful, especially while traveling! Highly recommend this shop to anyone in Big Bear.

I had a very bad experience with this auto shop. I dropped off my car for service, and when I came the next day to pick it up and pay, the guy told me he was on lunch break and that I had to either wait an hour or come back later. So I came back the next day again. When I arrived, they had other customers, so I waited again until they finished. All I wanted was to pay and get my keys, but instead, the guy started explaining things while I was just standing there. When I asked why I had to come two days in a row just to pick up my car, he started laughing at me together with another customer. That was extremely rude and unprofessional. The customer service here is very, very, very bad. I will never come back.
