I have to say, we are extremely thankful for this company that helped us out last week. We were camping at the dunes with our sand rail and the unexpected happened. Something happened with the motor of the sand rail while we were on a big ride. We stopped in an awkward spot where it wasn’t on a hill but wasn’t in the bottom of a bowl either… this place came out after we called but couldn’t find it. It was dark so they called off the search but was able to find it the very next day and used two Jeep’s to haul it out so we could get it on the flat bed. It took two trips to find it but they got the job done and at a very good price. Never thought this would happen to us but it did… if it ever happens again I know exactly who we will be calling!!! Thank you and your team so very much! My husband was ready to set the thing on fire it you hadn’t gotten there ❤️❤️❤️

The owner of this company is a complete A**HOLE. He has a bad temper and is always in a bad mood, whether you are nice to him or not, he answers you in the most rude and dry way "how can I help you?" Even after saying "good morning sir" in the most respectful and polite way. This man has no manners and based on what I saw in this JUNKyard, his employees are the same way he is, extremely rude and unprofessional. To top it off, he charged us for 3 days even though the vehicle was at the impound for 2 days ONLY. I guess he is in dire need of money, which is why he charges customers ridiculously high prices.

Our AAA wouldn’t come pick up us up. We spoke to multiple tow truck companies. When we called J&M towing they were super helpful. Johnny truly cared for our safety and towed us out of the sand that our car was stuck in. The pricing was also the best in the area as well. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!!!
