Not that we have much choice in the area but I'm been very happy with WM operating in the neighbourhood we moved in to! They've been entirely consistent every week since we moved in two years ago. I'm also very appreciative of the additional services they provide such as extra and bulk pickups that are included with regular service. I don't recall them ever leaving the pick up area in tatters. Their holiday schedules are generally notified to me, I use email for them, but even if I miss an email they're very consistent, and therefore easily predictable, in how they manage holidays.

Wm has always picked up and is very reliable and is easy to pay online. The holiday schedule is confusing, notifications with exact dates would be better. Another issue is I moved into my house that had service before and they made me use the prior tenants old nasty trash containers that had tears and rips across the lids. You’d think when you start a new service you would get clean container not ripped apart.

Once I was able to speak with a human being, which took a bit of effort, it went smoothly. The young woman I spoke with handled my request efficiently and explained clearly what I should do. Personal transaction can't be beat.
