Brandon from BTR made a rough day better. He was super professional from the moment he called me and let me know that my fleet company was dispatching him to me. He was there right when he said he would be. He was super efficient at getting my truck and double trailer combination hooked up and rolling to our terminal. He was super polite and nice to have a conversation with for the trip back home.
