I was going to Dick‘s auto supply in hopes to get my front light fixed, but it turned out that one of the wires were just somewhat twisted and weren’t tightened properly for one of my lightbulbs in the front. They were able to fix it for me, before I even bought the lightbulb. Honest, good staff members.

I was about and hour and a half a way from home and got a flat on the freeway. I was able to "run-flat" to Dick's Auto. I was feeling desperate and vulnerable and could have easily been taken advantage of. The owner (wish I remembered his name) was friendly and came across as a truly honest man. He referred me to a tired shop nearby that he trusted; where he would take his personal business, and they took great care of me. If you ever land at Dick's, know you are in great, honest, hands. (I was told the owner is a military veteran.)

These guys are my go to when I have an especially odd or rare vehicle part to find. They do a great deal of due diligence. This time they cross referenced multiple Starters for my 20th anniversary GTI and found the needle in the hay stack. Great knowledgeable guy working there.
