I notice a lot of complaint on here is based on pricing. I think that's a bit odd since they're right around where I would expect a towing company to be. That being said, I have to immediately dismiss everyone who said the staff was rude or inconsiderate. Everyone I met from the tow truck driver to the two ladies at the counter to the guy who walked me back to my car made me feel welcome. They were empathetic and respectful and told me everything they needed from me up front. My only two complaints would be that first, having the cutoff before you're charged an additional day be locked at 3pm is rough. That's making a lot of people work harder than they probably should to get in on time. I needed to take away time from work (missing hours I sorely needed since I now need a new car after my accident) to come deal with this or I'd be charged an additional day (my car was only in there for about 18 hours. weird). The other thing is the 4% service fee for credit cards. Bud, I don't carry $700 cash around with me in San Jose. You're nuts. Everyone is going to pay credit and applepay. That being said, I can't emphasize enough how good the service was. The people here are wonderful. The company is just... well... It's a tow company. They're there to make money and nobody goes there in a good mood.

Complete rip off artists! I would NOT recommend this towing service to anyone. The towing and storage fees, pickup, after hours charges, 4% credit card charges are all insane here, see attached towing fees pictures for reference. Be aware they will add on all sorts of additional fees, including fees for picking up the car after 5 pm, additional weekend fees, after hours fees, etc. Their office is in an industrial park, looks shabby and wouldn’t recommend coming here alone or after dark. When I picked up my car here, it was scratched up and the battery was completely dead, despite being brand new. I would give them a negative star rating if it was possible. Call absolutely anyone else to tow your car if you care about your car or your wallet.

This people reject helping others, even when we need to pay the full amount with no any discuount for medical they try to speak in english tHe people did not understand them They also call the police and take you ouT saying that is a privety property so what I did is the police help as a metiation with Lina towing
