Do not buy in this website, the customer service DOES NOT EXIST they don't have phone number available, the one that I've found on internet send me directly to voice mail, the chat on their website DOES NOT work, they do not reply the emails, they DO NOT send the invoice with the information of the donor car so avoid problems for yourself. So now I have an airbag which I cannot use for a salvage inspection for thar lack of information and the non-existent customer service. They behave as scammers also when you see some links in the emails, that is from a shopify shop, so that means that it is a business operated for someone behind a computer and with a sketchy behavior. If I could I would rate them 0

Best to stay away even though price is good for driver's airbag Honda Pilot. Unable to seat the product flush into steering wheel... company did not respond to emails and phone message .Definitely not OEM as claimed. metal feet at bottom are not rounded as an original product and not the same as shown in photo and likely the problem for failing to seat flush

Purchased an airbag from them and they sent me a receipt that had a fake VIN number on it. They refuse to answer inquiries or address issues. I can only assume the are sourcing parts from nefarious sources.
