I had such a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Rosa. After waiting quite a while for assistance, she stepped in and went above and beyond to help me figure out whether something was wrong with my battery. Her customer service was truly top notch! she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. Rosa even took the time to charge my battery to properly diagnose the issue. She literally saved my day, and I’m so grateful for her kindness and professionalism. I will definitely be returning because of her. Ivan the employee from this store helped me with my wipers even when it was pouring rain out, went a few days later and he helped me again but this time with my car battery was super professional and careful while working on my vehicle thank you ivan and the delano store for the wonderful customer service

Terrible service. They are slow, lack basic knowledge, and have little enthusiasm for the job the preform. Ask them for items that should be common knowledge and they look at you like a deer in the head lights. And this is after having gone here numerous times over the last several years. Take your money elsewhere if you need assistance.
