Needed our car towed. I asked if they accepted credit cards (wasn't specific on my end) and they said yes. Turns out they do not accept Discover. Tow truck driver was kind enough to take us to the ATM after the payment didn't go through. Easy and quick fix.

My insurance company had scheduled a tow (with another company) and they said they’d be an hour late after I called them to inquire whether they were on their way. After an hour wait I called again, and they said they would be at least another hour, but not guaranteed. So I had them cancelled and asked roadside assistance to schedule another dispatch. All About Towing picked up the job within half an hour, called me to confirm they would be out to pick me up in about half an hour, and then called me again to say they were 10 minutes away. Robert was fast, courteous, and provided excellent service! I wanted to tip him, but he would not accept it. I appreciate their prompt service and their responsiveness… Especially after how the first company scheduled for my pick up behaved. Excellent job!

All about towing completely dropped the ball, referred by another busy company all I needed was a tire change after 2 hours and the tow service not moving a muscle "I cant come out it's on the other side and there is too much traffic" I operate a limo service and had super VIP clients and I needed a reliable service to get my chauffeur back on the road. I ended a birthday party and ran out to do it myself 20 mins done. Please tell me if there claims are absurd
