The wind blew my black can over during a storm last night. The driver left the trash bags and left. The black cans that replaced the blue are clearly smaller. The driver and the owners take little or no accountability for their horrible service. Something needs to be done.As a senior couple with one of us totally disabled, there should be a little more compassion

I rarely write reviews but wanted to give a shout out to EBSC for awesome customer service! When they notice that my payment isn't being posted on time, they call a week in advance to let me know. Who else does that these days?

The black replacement garbage can left by EBS that is claimed to hold 35 gallons of waste is clearly smaller than the old blue garbage can’s capacity. First I compared them side by side. It’s so obvious, it’s pathetic they would lie about it. To prove it, I filled the blue container with filled up garbage bags, then I tried to put the same bags into the new smaller can, but it couldn’t take all the bags. Where are we supposed to put our garbage overflow? Will they keep shrinking the can size on us going forward? Who do we complain too?
