Eric G. Is a wonderful employee he is a delivery driver for the store but he also takes the time help customers in the store as well very helpful and friendly everytime I come to the store. The manager however always has an attitude and gives ugly looks to me when I come in I have herd her talk down the her employees and tell them to do things she as manager should me doing herself

I want to commend the O'Reilly store in Albany for hiring quality staff. Cymande helped me select the right car cover for my needs. She exhibited professionalism, a friendly, manner, and took initiative. I was rear-ended on January 8th resulting in my whole back end being pushed in making it impossible to unlock my trunk, but more importantly creating a large gap that would allow rain to get in if not protected. She could have pulled up the first water-proof cover, but she took the time to research several different options. This kind of attention is rare these days. It is employees like Cymande that create brand loyalty, and it is to O'Reilly's credit that you hire people like her. I will continue to patronize O'Reilly's because of employees like Cymande, and for the selection of products as well.

Ordered a low beam bulb online and it was ready next morning which was nice. However, I asked for help replacing it (a service OReillys says they provide) but I was told since there was only one worker there I'd have to come back in a few hours and ask again. Not a big deal, I did it myself, but kinda frustrating for those that need this service. There are so many people looking for work in this city there is no reason for a store to be so understaffed that you cant provide the services the chain offers. Only bad management has a store so understaffed they cant perform the duties of their job. The team member that helped me was friendly, but clearly swamped with a line and no help.
