I was hit by one of the tow truck drivers for this company while I was parked in a parking lot in my car, I waited about 10 days and had no contact with anyone that could help me, I called their office and they put me on hold for about 5 minutes and hung up, I then got the manager AJ’s number and I called him asking if he knew what insurance company they used, he was very rude and told me to call him the next day, I called and texted him the next day and he did not answer, he called the tow truck driver saying that I have to pay for the tow with the tow truck my car was hit with, 765$, to continue and go through with their insurance, AJ also suggested we go rent a car, hit the vehicle again, and say that he hit me with the rental car, and then have the rental companies insurance fix it. The manager AJ is being very difficult and unprofessional about the whole situation.

My car was damaged by tow truck. They did not take responsibility. I don't recommend this place for towing.
