Tow Me Ed is simply a cut above the rest. He was friendly, relatable, and he made a seemingly stressful moment (your car dying in a regular parking lot) a lot more palatable. Ed is reasonable with pricing and is also helpful in payment methods (I gave him my credit card over the phone, and he was able to come over quickly after it went through). First thing that he tried was recharging the battery to see if I could be on my way already. When that didn't work, he got to work, we were able to tow my car and take it to my mechanic, all while having a cool conversation (Ed has had an interesting life). Excellent customer service and top-tier value.
