Very honest and fast. I moved from out of state and was very stressed about finding a honest mechanic. I was surprised at how transparent they were with pricing and how reasonable services are (plus not trying to upsell me). They are very friendly and welcoming. Truly an honest mechanic. I don't know much about cars, but my car stopped running. I took it to Autozone for their free diagnosis, and they said my transmission needed to be replaced. I searched online reviews for an honest mechanic and Hrant came up, so I called and made an appointment to get my transmission replaced. When I came in I requested my transmission replaced, and I took a seat to wait for it to be done, fully expecting to pay hundreds that day. After a bit Hrant came to me and said he did his own diagnosis and he didn't feel comfortable replacing my transmission since it looks fine to him and he thinks it will be a waste of money. He said it looked like my battery was installed too loosely and that caused the problems. He tightened the battery, sent me on my way, and said come back if the transmission problem comes up again. Never had another transmission problem with the car. I didn't end up paying him anything for his service (even though I was totally ready to spend hundreds that day), he just sent me on my way and said to come back if there's a problem. Can trust him.
