Our Customer Service Experience at Fam Vans was above and beyond fantastic. Sales person NADER SALAMEH responded immediately to text and answered our phone calls immediately when we had questions and concerns. Nader was one of the most professional and exceptional salesmen I have ever worked with. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of and even the employees had wonderful things to say about him during our visit. The atmosphere felt like a family ran dealership and it had many selections of High quality Vans to choose from. When I asked to test drive one of the vans, they immediately brought it out front. Nader even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of during final purchase for the Van. Thank you Nader, we are very happy.

-Purchasing Process- Bought a ford transit from the guys at fam vans ! Sultan helped us over the phone and Nader helped us out in person. The process couldn’t have been more smooth. We didn’t get the run around, they were straight to the point and we were in and out within a few hours !! -After Purchase- We noticed the windshield was cracked after getting home and Nader and Sultan were quick to tell us we could bring it back in for a free replacement asap. However the windshield was not replaced, the crack was just sealed but it seems to be holding up great. The service guys at FAM vans also helped us to reconfigure the seats in the band prior to us purchasing. In order to reconfigure the seats they had to remove the flooring in the van. When reinstalling, the vinyl flooring was not pulled flush against the wheel well on one side. Because of this, the flooring was lifting up in one corner. I do wish that more care was taken initially to avoid this issue, but the guys at FAM vans let me bring the van back in to have the flooring fixed. Still the best car buying experience I have had! Waiting to see how the guys at FAM vans will help with the floor repair!
