I needed my car towed to a body shop 8 miles from my location in the last business hoyr of the day. AAA contracted with Finish Line and the tow arrived in the time estimated, quickly loaded my car and quickly took me to the shop as I was stressed about arriving before the shop closed. George was patient with my chaotic continuous talking and calmly solved my issue and delivered my car (and me :) )with a smile on his face. I went a small distance over my included mileage and Finish Line comped me the small additional amount. Thank you George!! If you have to call a private towing company, with a friendly expedient service Finish Line is greatly recommended per my experience.

Little disappointed with my experience. Triple A had sent this company to my work to charge my battery. The company tried to call but left in less that 2 minutes when I didn't answer right away due to being at work. When I called back, the phone operator was very rude. After work, I tried again, and they did show up quickly and charged my battery. They then let me know my battery was at 12% life and let me know I needed a new one right then and there, which I paid for. Today, my coworker had the same issue. After charging her battery, they let her know her battery was also at 12% life and she needed a new battery. After hearing this experience, with the same numbers and all, I can't help but to feel mislead.

On Friday finish line tow truck came to pick up a Hertz rental vehicle that I was renting. That broke down since Friday. They don't know where the car is or where their tow truck driver dropped it off at. Finish line. Is the jankiest the worst tow truck company out there? This isn't the first negative experience I've had with them. Avoid them at all costs. I don't know why AAA chooses this company, but they really need to make better decisions. By the way, I still don't know where the car is I can't close my rental agreement until the car is found and checked in. I'm beyond pissed off!!! This is an ongoing drama caused by incompetence.
