Seriously!!! What the heck is going on?!?! The THIRD week in a ROW they fail to pick up my trash!!! I have a photo. How do they not pick up mine but pick up the neighbor’s trash cans right next to mine?!?!?! This is freaking ridiculous!!!! For three weeks straight. Can’t believe it’s not intentional at this point!!!

Pull in and park as close to the entrance as you can because that's where the sorting station is. I'd recommend bringing your items in an easy to carry apparatus, like some large trash bags. Reduce the amount of back and forth you need to do to your car. You hand it to them, they empty it and sort it for you. You sign a receipt and get paid cash. Real simple process, for me the hardest part was finding where to park/go because I'm pretty sure the parking lot is for employees of the recycle center too so it's a bit confusing.
