Horrible experience!! Worst company ive ever come into contact with. Bill shouldn't be interacting with people at all. His wife Melissa is very nice but hes the opposite. Complicated situation but the way Bill handled this transaction was absolutely wrong. Especially in a small town where we all depend on each other. If I could give them a negative star review thats what they'd get. Horrible !! Hope you dont come in contact with them Response to BM TOWING: IT IS NOT YOUR PLACE TO LECTURE ME ON MY DMV ISSUES. YOU PROVIDE A SERVICE. PER CHP YOU HAVE DISCRETION FOR YOUR TOW FEES. AND THE ONLY REASON I WAS IMPOUNDED IS THAT I WAS IN A ROCKSLIDE AND ACTIVE ROCKS WERE FALLING AND I HAD TO ABONDON MY VEHICLE.
