I called to confirm free installation with the car battery purchase. When I arrived, an older staff who seemed senior refused to install it and referred me to the car shop next door. The service so far was acceptable, even if they gave the wrong promise. I thanked him and left, and after consideration, I made an online order. The two star is because when I came back to pick up the battery, I overheard him saying to his coworkers, “I knew it, she made an online order”. He was arrogant and made me feel uncomfortable. All the other staff were fine

Had a good experience here. Went to buy wipers and chains. Person helping me took the time to look up our car make/model to ensure we got the right ones. For chains, he made sure to tell us how not to open it if we want to return it if we didn't need chains up in Tahoe. This kind of service makes me trust that they are trying to help versus make a buck (noticed buying chains on the way to Tahoe often had signs of "no refunds" on chains).

Had a great experience today at Autozone with help from Nikie and Rafael! Both were super friendly and eager to help me get a new car battery and Nikie went above and beyond to get my car battery tested and jumped so I could make it back to the store and replace it. Thanks again guys!!
