Worst of the worst! This company is completely unethical. We were involved in a car accident in Palo Alto yesterday. The Palo Alto Police department contacted this company to tow our vehicle. The towed the vehicle for Palo Alto to a body shop in Morgan hill. They charge $2196.00 for a 50 mile tow. I told the drive I didn't want to pay that bill since it was outrageous. The driver said he will just impound the car and it would cost even more. They know they have you by the balls. The people in the office are even worse. avoid at all cost!!!!!!

Unfortunately my battery was not working properly so I called bills towing they came out and offered me a new battery for a amazing price I was so appreciative that they came and help me out when other tow company’s just kept on telling me no they can’t help Greg the driver was really friendly and really nice Thaks bills towing you guys Rock

If I am allowed to give negative stars, I would give negative five. I am retrieving the car for my friend who is out of town. Here are the mishaps I have been through. 1.Refuse to accept an international POA, notarized by USA agent. 2. Refuse to accept DMV POA. 3. Ask for the car key and hold it without releasing the car 4. Refuse to reveal employee ID or manager's contact info 5. We are forced to change auto title through DMV to get back the car. What a nightmare experience !! I learn my lessons. Hopefully you can avoid it as much as you can.
