Well, even though I wasn't able to have my transmission fixed at AAMCO I did have a great experience. Memo greeted me right away when I came in (I had talked with him on the phone several times) and he was friendly, caring about my situation and knowledgeable. It just wasn't affordable to pay that much money on a 12 year old car. When I came to pick up my car he told me (in terms I could understand) what the issue was and said to please come back if he could help in any way possible. He is a great employee and a good representative of your company!!!

I contacted Memo and described my issue. They performed a vehicle inspection and confirmed that a sensor had failed. They replaced the bad sensor and the truck is running great again. Waiting room is clean and coffee is available. Highly recommended.
