For the first time in 4 years of ownership, my EV ran out of charge and I was left stranded 4 miles from the nearest charger.. No worries! This is why I have AAA. I put in my request and almost immediately I saw the tow truck pulling up in front of me. The gentleman (wish I had gotten his name, young man who was still new to the job) from Bruce's Towing did an EXCEPTIONAL job with towing my car when I needed it. He was very fast and had me on the truck within minutes. Very friendly and made me feel much better with the situation. I was never shamed or ridiculed for getting myself in this situation. He had not yet towed an EV, but quickly learned what would be best for my vehicle and took every safety measure to ensure my car was not damaged at all during the ordeal. As a young woman, I usually dread having to deal with service providers making unwanted advances, but this was exactly the opposite. He was kind, welcoming, and super friendly while also being very professional. My car was perfectly placed alongside a charger and I was able to charge and move on with my day. 10/10 service, thank you Bruce's Towing & AAA!

After contacting progressive, they contacted Bruce’s Towing a gentleman by the name of Stark arrived in 20 minutes, which definitely I thought was fast. service. Stark gave great customer service and was able to help me with the problem regarding my car. When getting ready to get back on the highway Stark honked his horn So I knew it was safe when to get back on the road. Definitely took a stressful situation and helped it go very smooth extremely grateful.
