Love the work. But they dodge you, if you have a hard job they don't feel like doing. Trusted mech for many years and they went limp. I really needed the repairs. Disappointed. I had the money. I had the time. They just didn't want to do a hard job. I won't forget. Pity, this broke my trust.

I would never go anywhere else to have my cars worked on. Mark at Fletchalls has always been honest and his prices are unbeatable. It's nice to know when you take your car in for service you aren't going to get taken advantage of. I use to always fear someone was going to make up problems simply because I wouldn't know if there was a problem or not. Easily making a few hundred dollars off me for fixing (or not) a problem that didn't exist. I like that I can take my car early in the morning before he is there, leave a note and key in an envelope and go about my day. He then calls me later with what’s wrong and we go about our business. Easily the best mechanic I have ever been too. Inland Empire or not. Thanks Mark
