They were able to put me in a rental, paint my car in one week, and inform me along the whole way! The car came out in mint condition! I recommend them for all you need, they are a one stop shop.

Riverside Collision Center is hands down one of the worst businesses I’ve ever dealt with. Jerry is completely unfit to be in the position he holds. There is zero accountability, zero professionalism, and absolutely no communication. They damaged my truck during Toyota paint warranty work, then went silent. No calls back. No follow-ups. Nothing — unless I contacted Toyota myself. That’s the only way anything moved at all. Toyota should be embarrassed to allow this shop to handle warranty paint work. If this is the level of care and customer service they accept, something is seriously wrong. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy chasing answers and fixing problems they created.P
