Very happy with the service. My car needed to be towed about 200 miles, including a long stretch through Los Angeles traffic. Michael showed up on time, was professional and courteous, and got the car delivered safely. Everything was handled smoothly and he kept in touch throughout. Rob was amazing!! He called and gave me an accurate ETA. I have a very low profile car and he took his time and made sure to get it on the tow bed without a scratch…not an easy task. He insisted on parking it inside instead of leaving it outside like the dealership suggested.It is a high end car and he recognized this. He then helped set me up with a rental and even drove me to the rental office. He definitely made my flat tire situation a thousand times better. Thank you thank you!!
