Otis was awesome. Great to do business with him. My friend bought a car and when I am ready I would like to do business with Otis. I keep looking on his site. When I see what I want I will go. Otis is a man of his word. After buying the car, there was a minor issue with the front Right brake. The next day we took it back to him. He went above and beyond in having it repaired. Quickly and at no cost to my friend. I do wish I bought one of the two I was interested in. I regret not doing it. He was offering me a great trade in price on my truck. One day I will do business with Otis again.

I purchased a van from Otis some years back. I took a friend to look around at his inventory earlier today. Otis was a fair and respectable man as far as I could see. He is willing to negotiate and begins with a fair price. He doesn't cut corners, lie or bust balls. Fair Straight forward, thorough and reputable. *For some who strictly go by KBB he may seem a little too north. However even older vehicles that are in good to supreme condition "These Days"; November of 2020, are actually selling for a much higher price. KBB alone for pricing doesn't take into account current real time US Supply and Demand Expectations and Ability/Inability to Pay IE Pandemic, Jobs loss, disenfranchisement from political parties etc [especially like new and regularly maintained]. Otis seems to set his prices accordingly.

I sold Otis my Durango. Since then I have received almost $1,000 in fines from running threw tolls, running from parking police, parking in no parking zone ect. Don't sell him your vehicle!!! He just don't know I'm taking him to court and he will pay these fines since he didn't do the legal thing for transferring the title. Very Unprofessional.
