I had a major problem, radiator blew on Frwy I was towed to Automotive Excellence n after a couple of days they informed me of the damage. I approved the repair. Done very quickly. The place is very professional n does excellent work. I was happy with the repair. But other things started coming up. They informed me I would need more work done but since the car is a 2000 Toyota Camry do I want to pay the added expense. I told them no. It runs but who knows for how long. I appreciate there communication n even though it was not a good outcome. I would take my cars to them. They communicate with you in a timely manner, they are reasonable. I’ve taken the last 3 cars I’ve had to them n will continue. Andy n their crew are very experienced, knowledgeable n courteous n very friendly. Great repair shop. Had issues with my truck, and they were highly recommended by my brother. I was well taken care of! They are on top of everything and kept me informed every step of the way! Worth every penny! So worth it that I ended up taking my jeep to them too!

This is my third time coming back to Automotive Excellence, and I’m honestly so grateful I found them. It is not easy to find an honest, reputable shop, especially one so close to home. As a young woman driving a German car, I have definitely experienced places that talk down to me or try to upsell unnecessary repairs. That has never happened here. They are always transparent, kind, and extremely responsive. They clearly explain what actually needs to be done versus what can wait, which I truly appreciate, especially as a recent college graduate where putting a huge amount into my car is not always easy. Every experience has been professional, fair, and stress free. I have nothing but great things to say and constantly recommend them to my family and friends.
