Recommend by geico so I went with it. It seemed to be going fine when my car was in the shop, periodically they send updates on the car and let you know the day it should be ready. When I picked up the car at 11:30am on a Saturday everything look good I took my car, left the rental and drove home. Later that day I went somewhere and when I tried to back out the parking spot I see the camera isn’t working, it was black screen. I took it back to crash champions on a Monday morning and told them and the lady immediately says “we didn’t do that” I’m not trying to blame anyone, actually I’m blaming the person who hit my car. What I’m saying is that you guys failed to completely look over the car and missed the camera. She told me she would have to get approval to have it looked at by Honda. Even better. I go to Honda and drop my car off, Honda keeps it for 30 hours and they finally get it back to me. Two weeks later I call crash champions and asked what’s the update on my car, is my camera going to be fixed? the lady says nobody at Honda is helping her get the report back. For two weeks nobody at the hide dealer would help her. Allegedly. I call Honda and speak with someone about the car immediately. I called crash champions and give them a name to speak with at Honda for the report. I called crash champions back 4 days later and ask for an update. She says allegedly “the lady from Honda just emailed me back yesterday and no where does it say it happened during the accident.” So here I am with a car with a reverse camera that isn’t working, one tire that sounds different from the others, a missing pocket knife, and a messy trunk. I’m know mechanic but with a little research I found that there is wiring that is harnessed or runs through the area the car was hit, which caused my dash to have every warning light come on. Which is why the camera is black one day, and flickers another. The actual camera isn’t broke, maybe it’s a wire thats smashed, loose or a connector that is damged from the accident. They did not fully check the car, it was a surface level check and repair. Now it’s a fight to get it corrected. I just want my car the way it was before someone hit it parked on the street. UPDATE. went to Honda to fix it myself cause these guys never got back to me. They said a trunk harness needs to be replaced, likely damaged from the accident. They just fixed the exterior and didn’t bother testing the system to see if anything electrical was damaged.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping. Dustin is the man! He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle in clear, honest terms and answered all my questions without rushing me. He explained the financial process and was just honest about it all. The work was done early and at a reasonable price. What really stood out was the attention to detail and pride they take in their work. My car doesn’t even look like it was broken into. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this place has earned my loyalty. I’ve brought my in laws Cruze and now my Sierra. If you’re looking for honest service, skilled workers, and great customer service, I highly recommend them.

This was my first time ever getting into an accident so the process was a bit new to me but after going thru my insurance and getting recommended to this company I would say they made the process very smooth!
