So I came into see them after I had an accident close by and needed to get back on the road immediately. This business was recommended by local law enforcement, stated that I would not be disappointed. I pulled up to the shop and was greeted by the owner to which I quickly explained my situation. He had me pull out and quickly addressed my issue, so that I could get back on the road. As I was trying to get back on the road the same day I was willing to pay fair price plus some for the repairs. This shop met and far exceeded my expectations, not only did the owner not charge me a cent, he would not take any money offered even after he said no charge. This could have easily been a situation where any business could have taken advantage of the client. I would 110% recommend this shop to anyone else in the area in time in need. I will definitely be a returning customer myself should the need come. Thank You Yucca Valley Towing for your generosity, may your blessings be doubled.

Flat tire on my f250. Could not break loose the wheel from the hub (Alu wheel frozen to the steel hub by Electrolysis). The short Dawson, shows up in short order and takes care of everything. He was very nice polite young man.

Long overdue review; these guys are top notch. Got myself stuck deep in a sand pit way off the road and they came out and pulled me out when Triple A and another local towing company told me to screw myself. Had a 4x4 truck made for off-road emergencies and pulled me out of a doomed situation. These guys are the best and are generous with their pricing, and I couldn’t praise them enough. If you’re headed to the joshua tree/yucca valley area save their number, they are worth more than just your consideration.
