They were ok. As expected. If it were my business, I would post better contact info; a website would be best. This is an old-school business, I get it. But B there are 2 numbers, one phone number nobody picks up; the other is an answering service. A website would clarify the phone numbers(there are also multiple franchisees and/or locations? A website could educate folks on the correct way to fill out “Pink slip.” My car was delayed due to incorrect placement of one box on DMV release form. Tow truck drivers are knowledgeable but are on tight schedule. Thank you for buying my ‘05 Camry. RIP.

Everyone was doing their best but I had to wait over an hour for the two guys to be done with their two customers, with two more waiting behind me. Maybe I'm just unlucky and it's not usually that busy? Room for improvement would be have more front desk staff on duty. When it was my turn, staff was very professional, patient and kind when I got stressed out with paperwork.
