I try not to give negative reviews but this place is horrible. For several YEARS, I’ve tried repeatedly to purchase VW van parts from them that they have. I’ve seen them! There is NO FOLLOW-UP. Zero! Matt is nice but useless & non-responsive. He promises to be cooperative but isn’t. I don’t know what business they are in but in my experience, it is not the selling of car parts. Don’t waste your time or energy here! You’ll just be disappointed in the lack of any customer service, professionalism or follow-up if any kind. LUXURY AUTO HAS EARNED THE POOR REVIEWS YOU READ HERE!

I had a great experience at Luxury Auto Dismantling. Cory was super helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the right part for my car and even double checked everything before I left. It is hard to find honest and reliable service these days, but Cory really stood out for his professionalism and great attitude. Definitely recommend this place if need quality used part and friendly service.

Avoid these crooks. They sent me a damaged product; sent back to them at my own expense for warranty replacement. Matt gave me the runaround for weeks and never sent a replacement. Took me for $250, the part itself and return shipping.
